The Opportunity

In this role, you will be a key contributor in shaping the architecture and implementation of our next-gen product. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, bringing creativity and technical expertise to transform complex requirements into intuitive and high-performing solutions. This is an opportunity to work on a high-impact project using modern game development techniques, Unity's powerful engine, and cross-platform optimization. 

Key Responsibilities  

• Lead the design and development of new features using Unity and C#. 

• Collaborate with product management, designers, and the wider engineering team to define and implement features. 

• Optimize and profile performance across different platforms (mobile, desktop, embedded systems). 

• Integrate Unity with backend services and APIs. 

• Maintain and enhance existing features, ensuring robustness and high performance. 

• Mentor junior developers and provide guidance on best practices. 

Required Skills & Experience 

• 5+ years of professional experience in Unity and C# development. 

• Strong experience with real-time 3D rendering and performance optimization. 

• Proficiency in cross-platform development for desktop, mobile, web, or embedded environments. 

• Experience with Unity's animation system, physics engine, and UI frameworks. 

• Familiarity with integrating 3rd-party APIs, asset management, and deployment pipelines. 

• Experience with Unity WebGL and web-based deployments is a strong plus. 

• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. 

• Strong understanding of software engineering principles, design patterns, and agile methodologies.   

 Nice to haves:  

• Experience in multimedia, video streaming, or real-time content management. 

• Familiarity with DevOps tools and CI/CD pipelines. 

• Knowledge of working with hardware-accelerated graphics pipelines (DirectX, Vulkan, etc.). 

• Experience with augmented or virtual reality development.

Compensation: : $130,000-$140,000 plus variable, benefits, and additional perks!
