This position is a hybrid position located in: Madrid,Spain or Milan, Italy.
Resilience is seeking an Underwriting Assistant to join our team. As an Underwriting Assistant, you will provide critical support to our underwriting team, assisting in the evaluation and management of cyber risk for our clients. Your exceptional analytical and communication skills will help us deliver industry-leading service to our brokers and customers. This role is essential to our team and organization, as we strive to revolutionize the way cyber risk is managed. You will gain insights from our seasoned leaders across various departments such as Underwriting, Claims, Marketing & Distribution, Finance & Legal, and our internal Security Operations Team.
Responsibilities:
- Support a profitable portfolio focused on providing Cyber Liability Coverage.
- Provide exceptional customer service.
- Assist in the underwriting process, including data analysis and risk assessment.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including underwriting, claims, and security operations.
Qualifications:
- 1+ years of experience Customer service/support experience, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional results.
- Written language proficiency (and ability to speak fluently) in Spanish, Italian and English, required.
- Excellent analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
- Strong interest in technology and cyber risk and its evolving landscape.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas simply.
- Ability to multi-task and stay organized in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
