Undergraduate Trainee - Software Engineer Quality Assurance - R&D, Supply Chain

As Undergraduate Trainee - Software Engineer Quality Assurance, you will join a very collaborative and dynamic team of technical experts in IFS Supply Chain in Sri Lanka.

As an Undergraduate Trainee - Software Engineer Quality Assurance you will:

• Create well-structured test cases and scenarios.
• Develope and maintain UI and API Test automation
• Develope and maintain Integration Test automation
• Setup CI/CD pipline
• Review test cases to ensure they are detailed, comprehensive, and well-structured
• Analyse test results, identify bugs and manage defects.
• Adhere to the company QA process.
• Stay up to date with new automated testing tools and test strategies.

You 

• are currently enrolled in a 3 or 4-year degree program in Software Engineering, Computer Science, or Information Technology. 
• have strong programming skills
• have basic knowledge in test automation tools such as Cypress, Katalon.
• have basic knowledge in database design and SQL - PL/SQL development.
• have basic knowledge in Source Code Management Tools (e.g.: Git/Bitbucket)
• have knowledge of QA processes, best practices, testing techniques, and methodologies.
• have strong research and analytical skills.
• have ability to prioritize and work independently.
• have excellent communication skills
