The HR Intern supports IFS to run smooth HR operations in employee onboarding, offboarding and other day to day activities in HR domain. Building relationships with all stakeholders is a key to success in this role and it helps smooth operations.
- Involve in pre-onboarding / first day onboarding activities.
- Involve in offboarding process for resign employees together with other relevant stake holders.
- Work with Background Verification partner to complete BV reports and handle the PO process for payments.
- Collaborate with HRSSC and HRIS teams to change employee information in IFSBiz and maintain data quality.
- Contribute towards continuously improving HR operational processes.
- An Undergraduate / Graduate in Human Resource Management stream.
- Previous internship working experience in IT industry is an added advantage.
- A team player with excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to interact and communicate effectively with all levels of staff.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Self-motivated, able to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Must be well organized, and possess good planning skills.
