Contractor

Provide excellent customer service through various communication channels (phone, email, chat).
Resolve customer inquiries and issues promptly and professionally.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
Collaborate with team members to ensure customer satisfaction.
Ensure compliance with internal processes and procedures.
Assist with customer feedback and help improve service quality.

Work Permit in Portugal or UE Passport: REQUIRED
Ukrainian or Russian Native/C2 + English B2/C1
Minimum 6 months experience in customer service and technical support
