UI/UX Designer

Myndlift offers the most personalized mental health program. We use brain-sensing technology to help people achieve better focus and well-being by working with +1000 clinics and 10’s of thousands of individuals.

We are seeking a Product Designer with expertise in building aesthetic product experiences, understanding user needs, and contributing to data-driven decisions.

This role will support Myndlit’s line of brain and mental health products for clinicians (B2B), as well as consumers (B2C).

Responsibilities:

  • UX/UI Design: Design and iterate on wireframes, mockups, and high-fidelity prototypes. Collaborate closely with product managers and developers to ensure designs are feasible and are implemented accurately.
  • User Research: Conduct user interviews, surveys, and usability tests to gather qualitative data and insights. Clearly articulate pain points and address them in your designs.
  • Data Monitoring & Analysis: Monitor product metrics and user analytics to gauge the effectiveness of design implementations. Collaborate with product managers to identify key performance indicators (KPIs) for design efforts.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in UX/UI design
  • Proficiency in design tools such as Figma/Sketch/Adobe XD/etc.,.
  • Advantage: proficiency in graphic design (Illustrator, Photoshop)
  • Advantage: experience with data analytics tools (Mixpanel/Amplitude/Google Analytics)
