Job Overview
Responsible for producing design solutions to optimize product experience and ensure final design quality while working closely with the front- and backend engineers, the developer team as well as product managers team as the G123 platform grows its portfolio of games and expands globally.
- Preliminary visual user research and design trend analysis
- Participation in product discussions
- Proactively proposing suggestions and solutions
- Create user interaction interfaces and track product results
- Collaborate to promote the project and identify problems
- Develop relevant design specifications to ensure the product's effectiveness
- Explore industry design trends and share design experience
- Help improve the overall design level of the team
Requirements
- 1+ year experience in internet product (web/app) design
- Strong UI/UX design focus (SaaS OR consumer-facing product)
- Experience with Prototyping and Wireframing in Figma
- Self-driven to solve problems
- Good communication, teamwork, inter-team collaboration
- Fluent English
Good to have
- Knowledgeable about front-end development and frameworks
- Familiar with the overall implementation process of an internet / software product (requirements analysis —＞product release)
- Good knowledge on how to leverage color, typography, spacing, scale, motion and other design elements
- Experience in UX Research (qualitative / quantitative)
- Ability to learn and understand the latest trends in the industry
- Keep up to date to acquire new skills
- Fluency in Japanese (JLPT N2 or above)
