We are looking for a passionate UI Game Artist - Match 3 - Freelancing - Fully Remote to join our team, focusing on match 3 and casual games. In this role, your primary focus will be to design fresh UI for both new and existing instant games, but a broad skillset is required as you will also be responsible for bringing concepts to life by creating backgrounds, characters, marketing assets, animations, and other game assets.
You see technical constraints not as barriers but as a creative challenge, finding innovative ways to deliver high-quality work within fast-paced development cycles (as short as 3 months or less). You thrive in a collaborative environment, working closely with Product Managers and Developers to craft engaging player experiences.

Create high quality UI, characters, backgrounds and marketing assets for new and existing games - from the concept stage all the way to implementation
Ensure consistency and quality of the art you produce
Design UI animations, transitions and visual effects
Create 2D game art assets and support integration
Communicate your ideas about improving screen flows and game features from the perspective of the user experience
Ensure that all the art is delivered to the developers in accordance to the project’s technical requirements
2+ years of Graphic Design experience within the Casual Games industry with a portfolio to share
Experience with Theme and UI Design
Advanced proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite
Skilled in high quality visual decision-making and problem solving
Self-starter, experienced in managing your own tasks from concept through completion
Strong communication skills in English
Passionate about games, art and working as part of a team
