TW Hefei Plant Maintenance:
> Complete maintenance of production machines, tooling, office equipments,workshop building and TW utility
> Set up and complete preventive maintenance
> Plan and support R&M OEE target achieved
> Manage spare parts system to support for machine break down rate and operation cost reduction
Machine and tooling development:
> Optimize TW production machines in high grade of availability and high efficiency
> Develop tooling and new machine for new product line
TW utility and facility:
> Maintain and operate utility and facility system running for operation
> Energy cost saving
> Lead utility and facility upgrading
Engineering team leading:
> Set up engineering team organization and work flow
> Lead engineering team Hefei to achieve plant KPI and business strategy
> Coach team closely work together for problem solving
> Engineering team development
Project management (expansion and improvement):
> Prepare eCR and all engineering tender documentations(LDI/PCM/GC etc.)
> Check and confirm design drawing ( layout checking and VOR management etc. )
> New machine and tooling purchasing (MES, PR, PO, installation, commissioning and acceptance etc.)
> Cooperate with all related department for technical requirement input and interface clarification
> Organize meeting for all technical required
> Follow up working packages progress status from all team members
> Responsible for all permits and license application( EIA, feasibility study report, application report .fire fighting, construction and OHC & safety permit etc.)
Safety leadership:
› Issue procedures and work instructions, ensure implementation of measures, and maintain controls
› Raise awareness, ensure regular ESH training and provide information about ESH responsibilities and duties
› Ensure immediate notification and response, and initiate preventive measures in case of unsafe or polluting hazards
› Demonstrate exemplary personal behavior in ESH and motivate others
Education / Certification:
More than 8 years completed technical engineering background, Bachelor or above
Professional Experience:
At least 5 years experience managerial level in engineering and production. Expansion project experiences is preferred
Project and/or Process Experience:
Experience as member and project lead of a complex project
Leadership Experience:
3- 5 years leadership experiences for teams or department
Intercultural / International Experience:
3-5 years experiences with different cultures in international environment
