Job Description

Work Term: Permanent, Full-time
Location: Toronto, ON (Hybrid)

As the TV Investment Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in supporting our clients' TV campaigns by handling various aspects of planning, buying, stewardship, traffic, and billing processes. Your efforts will directly contribute to the success of these campaigns and ensure effective communication within the agency teams.

Your mission will be:

  • Maintaining and updating cable and TV daily network information within Mediaocean
  • Managing the TV planning cost database to ensure accurate and up-to-date information
  • Overseeing TV orders, post-buy reports, stewardship tasks, and traffic management
  • Maintaining traffic-related information and managing creative pattern rotation within Mediaocean
  • Providing weekly reports to the partner creative agency to keep them informed of campaign progress
  • Tracking media spending to ensure alignment with agency and client budgets
  • Collaborating effectively with various agency departments to streamline processes and facilitate successful campaigns

What tech skills you bring:

  • 1-3 years of experience in coordinating TV buying, both Network and Cable (National & Local), preferably within a Media agency setting
  • Proficiency in TV planning and analysis tools, along with experience using buy management software such as EAS or MediaOcean
  • Solid working experience with Powerpoint and Excel, enabling you to create compelling presentations and manage data effectively
  • Having worked with pharma clients is definitely a bonus
