The post holder will be the first point of contact for JIC (Joint Industry Committee) clients. They will be providing client/software support and training to clients on relevant Nielsen Audience Measurement software systems and services. They will be responsible for responding to client queries, running regular client reports and supporting the team to deliver excellent client satisfaction.

The post holder will be supporting and assisting in the management of client accounts, and continuing the high levels of service set out by the Audience Measurement Client Service and Delivery team.

Responsibilities

  • Support the servicing of JIC clients (Broadcasters and Advertising Agencies) by providing excellent day-to-day client support whilst building strong and value-added relationships
  • Manage software access - setting up and disabling accounts
  • Provide software support and training on 3 in-house systems - Arianna, RatingPoint and Genesis
  • Assist in User Acceptance Testing for software upgrades
  • Work closely with Operations and Data Science on key client projects/queries
  • Write and update documentation for clients including software manuals; service/methodology descriptions etc.
  • Manage daily incoming client calls/emails
  • Generate and deliver specific industry/client reports
  • Remain up-to-date on key market trends/viewing behaviour through data analysis

Qualifications

  • Excellent verbal and written English skills are required
  • Experience using TV ratings data within the media industry would be a distinct advantage
  • Previous experience using at least one of our software programmes, i.e. RatingPoint, Arianna and/or Genesis or other TV analysis software programmes, e.g. MediaOcean or TechEdge
  • Proven experience in a client-facing role with strong interpersonal skills
  • Competent and motivated multi-tasker with flexible approach and ability to prioritise
  • Strong verbal & written communication skills with ability to communicate complex issues in a simple way
  • Ability to interpret data or experience in running reports/using data-based applications
  • Attention-to-detail and numeracy skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and/or Google Suite
  • An enthusiastic team player, highly motivated and capable of working proactively
  • Results-oriented and able to work to tight deadlines
  • Ability to learn quickly and succeed in a fast paced environment
