Founded in 2006, One Acre Fund equips more than 4 million smallholder farmers to make their farms more productive. Across nine countries that together are home to two-thirds of Africa's farmers, we provide high-quality farm supplies, tree seedlings, accessible credit, modern agronomic training, and a wide range of other agricultural services. The Inventory and Product Quality Specialist is a mid-level role within the Logistics department, reporting directly to the Logistics Manager. The main objective of this role is to reduce obsolete and expired products, ensuring the highest standards of product quality while minimizing financial losses. You will manage a team of two- an Inventory Coordinator and a Product Quality Supervisor, working with teams to meet KPIs on inventory management and disposal efficiency. This role is hybrid, with some days at at the office and some out in the field.
