Job Description

This is an incredible opportunity to join one of the leaders in transportation and logistics and build the future of freight. We are looking for an exceptional Product Adoption Specialist to join our team and make an immediate impact.

As a Product Adoption Specialist, you’ll have the opportunity to play a pivotal role in Trucker Tools’ post-sale operations. You’ll be responsible for ensuring that our customers are set up for long-term success by helping unlock immediate impact after the technical implementation process. This includes defining key customer success metrics, documenting operational processes, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and managing complex customer relationships. You’ll report directly to the VP of Operations. We’re looking for a strong, adaptable operator to join a lean team that is obsessed with delivering an excellent customer experience.

Responsibilities

● Serve as the primary point of contact for customers after technical implementation to drive immediate and rapid product adoption
● Define and refine key adoption success metrics and playbooks across all products
● Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, account management, product management, operations, and customer support, to enhance the customer experience and drive customer success
● Develop and maintain a deep understanding of Trucker Tools' products and solutions, and translate to action plans that help our customers achieve their business objectives

Experience & Qualifications

● 4-year bachelor’s degree
● 2+ years of experience in customer success, operations, product adoption, implementation project management, or similar roles
● Experience in a B2B and/or SaaS company
● Experience designing, documenting, and owning scalable business processes
● Experience working cross-functionally with sales, marketing, product, account management, and operations leaders
● Experience navigating complex customer relationships and external partnerships to drive product success
● Experience with Salesforce, Metabase, or other similar data reporting tools
● Thrive in a hyper growth environment, remaining flexible and willing to adapt when needed
● Experience in the freight industry is a plus (not required)

Other Information

● Location: Trucker Tools is a 100% remote company; San Francisco Bay Area, Chicago, or New York is a plus. Travel to team offsites expected 2-4 times per year; additional travel on an as-needed basis
● Compensation: $70,000 - $80,000 annually
