In a context of strong growth, the Treatwell Store team is expanding to significantly increase the number of Treatwell partners discovering this service and placing their first orders. The sales intern reports directly to the Store Sales & Support Manager and will have the following key missions: boosting awareness of the store among new partners, driving a maximum number of first orders, ensuring the follow-up of critical information on brands and distributors, and contributing to business development with already active partners.
What are you going to do?
- Based on the prospect lists provided by your manager, you will contact as many partners as possible by phone to promote the use of the Treatwell Store.
- Collect detailed information about the brands and distributors used by the partners (product prices, new ranges, innovations, etc.).
- Drive as many first orders as possible by optimizing your conversion rate.
- Organize and centralize this information to improve our understanding of partner habits.
- Participate in bi-weekly sales meetings to discuss opportunities and client feedback.
- Regularly update the CRM database with partner information and actions taken.
- Prepare follow-up reports on the progress of prospecting activities and completed sales.
- Analyze client feedback and relay partner suggestions or needs to your manager.
