About the Role

We are looking for a motivated Treasury Intern to support our Treasury and Credit Control Department with day-to-day transactions. As a Treasury Intern your responsibilities include but are not limited to provide support in various treasury and credit functions, with a primary focus on bank account reconciliations, updating ledger entries, assisting in daily cash management activities, participating in the invoicing processes. This is a 6-month contract with the potential for becoming a permanent position.

Responsibilities:

  • Support the reconciliation of bank accounts and identify discrepancies
  • Support other team members with daily administrative tasks, like data entry, filling etc
  • Work closely with the treasury team to support proper documentation and compliance with internal procedures
  • Collaborate with other team within Accounting & Finance department to support daily operations
  • Maintain updated cost reports and databases
  • Assist in the accurate and timely processing of invoices
  • Assist the treasury & credit team with other responsibilities and ad hoc requests

Requirements

  • BSc degree preferably in Accounting, Finance or Economics
  • 0-2 years of work experience
  • Comfortable dealing with numbers and processing of financial information
  • Fluency in English
  • Excellent knowledge of MS Office (particularly Excel)
  • High degree of attention to detail and trustworthiness
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Problem-solving attitude

This is a full time, fixed term contract of 6 months with the possibility of renewal/extension.
