The Role

The Treasury/GL Banks Analyst plays a critical role in the Treasury department, focusing on maintaining accurate and timely bank account reconciliations and processing various bank-related accounting transactions. This position requires strong attention to detail, proficiency in financial systems, and the ability to support internal and tax audits, ensuring compliance and accuracy in financial reporting.

Responsibilities: 

• Bank account reconciliations
• Processing various bank accounting entries (e.g., wire transfers, credit card transactions, factoring, payments, cash deliveries, etc.)
• Downloading, processing, and posting MT940 files
• Performing monthly account reconciliations
• Providing support during internal and tax audits

Requirements: 

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
• 2-3 years of experience working in an accounting department
• Experience in account and bank reconciliations

• Proficiency in handling banking entries
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel
• Knowledge of SAP will be considered as a plus
• Proficiency in English
