The team:
The Treasury Team sits within the Finance Centre of Expertise and is responsible for the Group’s cash management (including payments and bank reconciliations), managing banking relationships and risk management.
This role reports into the Treasury Manager.
What you'll be doing:
Bank Account Management
Responsible for the opening and closing of all bank accounts within the group.
Maintaining bank mandates and ensuring these are regularly updated, approved by the relevant Boards and communicated to the banks.
Maintenance of group bank account masterfile and regular review to ensure changes and updates are reflected on a timely basis.
Managing KYC requirements needed by all banking counterparties
Ensure bank account reconciliations are completed in a timely manner across the group
Money Market Fund Administration
Responsible for new onboarding requests
Responsible for setting up / removing users from relevant mandates and systems
Ensure trading mandates are up to date at all times
Systems Management
Manage and maintain bank accounts and banking counterparties on relevant systems used in Treasury and ensure static data within the system is correct
Supporting on ad-hoc projects and requests, including ownership of bank account queries from the business.
✅ Understand KYC and bank account opening/closing protocols
✅ Studying or wanting to toward a Finance/Treasury professional qualification
✅ Competent in Excel (Vlookups, Pivot Tables, able to build basic reports)
✅ Demonstrable track record of improving processes and controls
✅ Excellent communication skills and stakeholder management, ability to quickly build relationships within the team and across departments
