Treasury Analyst

Let's start with the role

This role is an exciting opportunity to join the Treasury team in support of Finance operations of the Kaizen Group. Daily activities include managing liquidity and foreign exchange, optimizing the use of available funds, preparing treasury reports, implementing risk management strategies, and participating in various projects. 

• Monitor daily liquidity across legal entities, currencies, and accounts to support cash management and liquidity projections.
• Update systems and databases.
• Work towards the development of processes, policies and technological infrastructure in support of Treasury operations.
• Perform the consolidation of weekly and monthly cash flow forecasts.
• Play an active role in the implementation of the Treasury Management System project, contributing to the enhancement of treasury processes and systems.
• Support the annual budgeting process and monitor budget variations, focusing on liquidity and foreign exchange actual versus budget discrepancies.

What you'll bring:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Banking, Finance or Economics.
• A Master’s degree in Business, Banking, or Finance will be appreciated.
• Minimum of 3 years of working experience in a Treasury position in a corporate international environment.
• Proficient computer skills in MS Office applications.
• Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with individuals from diverse national, ethnic, and cultural backgrounds.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills in English.
