About the Role:
We are seeking a Travel Trade Executive to support our B2B team and play an instrumental role in providing a 6 star experience to our valuable partners. The ideal candidate has previous customer service experience and a knowledge of the Travel Trade Landscape. This is a part time position under a 12 month, fixed term contract.
Reporting directly into the Trade Manager in London, you will coordinate key tasks for our partners, from processing bookings to collaborating with concierge agents in order to fulfill partner requests. You must be organised with a strong attention to detail, a clear and thoughtful communicator, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, yet exciting environment.
Please note: Qualified candidates must be based in the London area. This role will require weekday and weekend availability.
The salary for this role is £13.85 - £14 per hour.
Salary ranges are determined by competitive market data for our size, stage, and industry, experience and location of the applicant, and our internal salary banding, which is reviewed at least annually.
We aim to be as transparent, equitable, and fair as possible. Qualified candidates and our Talent Acquisition team will discuss salary and benefits in the initial conversation, and final salary will be determined after candidates complete the interview process. We expect that the majority of candidates who are offered roles at TTG fall healthily throughout the range based on the above factors.
What You’ll Do:
- Maintain and develop relationships with our B2B partners
- Understand the business requirements of each individual B2B partner and anticipate their requests and requirements
- Work across our various online and offline mediums to ensure all bookings are made and processed correctly
- Build relationships with our network of concierge agents and service their bookings via telephone
- Work with our supplier network of shows and attractions to ensure effective fulfillment of partner bookings
- Offer assistance and reply to queries from partners

- Good written and verbal communication skills and an excellent telephone manner
- Excellent attention to detail
- A team player mentality with a positive ‘can do’ attitude
- Previous experience of a customer service role and a knowledge of the travel trade landscape
