- Must have experience as a travel agent, coordination or related roles, preferably within a corporate setting or global software company
- Have work experience as a travel agent – must.
- Have strong understanding of the travel industry, including trends, regulations, and best practices. Familiarity with global travel suppliers and systems is an advantage
- Have written and verbal communication skills to effectively interact with employees, travel agencies, and vendors
- Have proven ability to negotiate and secure favourable terms with travel suppliers
- Possess excellent organizational skills to manage complex travel itineraries, track expenses, and maintain detailed records
- Can adapt to changing travel requirements and work effectively in a dynamic, global environment
- Have meticulous attention to detail to ensure accuracy in travel bookings, compliance with company policies, and timely resolution of issues
- Possess strong problem-solving skills to address unforeseen travel issues and provide quick, effective solutions
- Are have a customer-focused approach to meet the diverse needs of employees while maintaining a positive and professional demeanour
