We are seeking a Corporate Travel and Expense Administrator to join us at our New York headquarters. The ideal candidate will be action-oriented with a passion for customer service, and a strong proficiency for attention to detail. This position will be based at Full-time position based in lower Manhattan, NY (financial district).

 

As a Corporate Travel and Expense Administrator you will:

  • Oversee and administer our corporate travel and expense program and policies.
  • Ensure compliance by employees and vendors with company travel and expense policies.
  • Assist employees with the utilization of the Travel and Expense platform, providing guidance, and troubleshooting support.
  • Review and approve travel-related expenses to ensure compliance with corporate policies and accuracy of receipts.
  • Provide training and support to employees on travel policies and procedures.
  • Negotiate contracts with travel service providers and address any travel-related issues.
  • Have a deep understanding of corporate travel management, and experience working with travel management software.
  • Monitor and analyze travel trends, costs, and vendor performance to recommend cost-saving strategies.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of travel industry trends, regulations, and best practices.
  • Collaborate with various departments to ensure smooth travel arrangements for business needs.
  • Identify opportunities for improved efficiency or improvement.

 

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Travel Management, or a related field (preferred).
  • Minimum of three (3) years of experience in corporate travel management, travel analysis, or a related role.
  • Strong experience with travel management software and tools.
  • Excellent negotiation skills with travel service providers.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with employees, vendors, and service providers.
  • Problem-solving ability to resolve travel-related issues promptly and efficiently.
  • Knowledge of travel policies, procedures, and industry regulations.
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment.

This position has a base compensation package offered at $70,000 commensurate with education and background experience.
