POSITION SUMMARY:
World Relief seeks a Transportation Coordinator & Data Support Specialist. This position has two main responsibilities: 1) as Transportation Coordinator, this role will manage and update student transportation routes, assist drivers with schedules and timecards, and coordinate with Case Management for new arrivals. 2) As Data Support Specialist, this role will support the student Enrollment Team by managing intake logs and related tools, requiring proficiency in Excel and basic coding skills. Additional support tasks as needed—post-testing, new student registrations, orientations, etc.
This part time position is for 25 hours/week.
ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Transportation Coordinator:
- Updating routes as students are added or dropped.
- Formatting and printing schedules for drivers.
- Responding to driver questions and needs as able.
- Coordinating with Case Management for transportation of new arrivals to ELL registrations.
- Assist drivers with timecards as needed.
- Data Support Specialist:
- Work with student Enrollment Team to manage the intake log (excel) as well as connected tools (Wordpress, Gravity Forms, PowerAutomate, Twilio, etc).
- Training will be provided, but it is important that the candidate already be comfortable with excel and learning formulas and basic coding skills.
- Assisting Student Support Services Team with testing and enrollment support.
