Responsibilities:

• Coordinate your clients’ translation projects: analysis requests, quote preparation, translators/proofreaders team creation and project follow-up
• Advise and accompany clients in order to fulfil their requests (briefing, assistance by telephone, e-mail, etc.)
• Provide estimates and recommend the most appropriate solutions to current and prospect clients
• Supervise clients’ projects
• Participate in the selection of translators
• Ensure that the deadlines imposed by clients are respected and monitor the quality of the orders placed
• Timely replies to client requests and maintain a high level of service
• Handle potential client feedback

In general, you´ll be responsible for ensuring that translation resources meet the needs of clients and supervise the quality of the delivered translations

Requirements

• Languages: native level of Dutch and fluent English
• Knowledge of MS Office necessary
• Previous experience in project management, customer care or translation
• Excellent interpersonal skills
• Strong capacity to work independently, take initiatives and respect short deadlines
• Good organisational skills
• Willingness to learn to use new technical tools
• You are convinced that your profession must evolve with the Internet
