Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Training Specialist, with a sense of ownership and commitment to personal and team success. The ideal candidate will excel in one-on-one training, possess strong communication skills, and demonstrate a keen attention to detail. This role requires technical proficiency and interpersonal skills to effectively train and support team members. You will conduct needs assessments, develop training materials, facilitate workshops, and give clear and consistent feedback to employees. The work that you engage in will help ensure all employees are equipped with the knowledge and skills necessary to excel in their roles. What you will Do:

  • Develop and conduct personalized training sessions for team members
  • Create and maintain comprehensive training materials and reports
  • Assess individual learning needs and adapt training methods accordingly
  • Listen to agent calls and give feedback to improve call quality and customer conversion rates
  • Grade agent calls using Quality Assurance guidelines
  • Provide timely and constructive feedback through daily assessments
  • Complete daily assessments of agents' progress and performance
  • Identify and address areas for improvement in agents' skills and knowledge
  • Escalate any issues or innovative ideas that arise during the training process
  • Monitor and evaluate training effectiveness, providing feedback for continuous improvement
  • Other duties as assigned

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Education, Business, or a related field
  • 2+ years of experience in training and development
  • Former experience in a Quality Assurance or Quality Analyst position
  • Strong presentation and facilitation skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Proficiency in instructional design and adult learning principles
  • Ability to assess training needs and evaluate the effectiveness of programs

Nice to Have:

  • Sales Experience
  • Experience giving performance feedback to employees
  • Knowledge of e-learning platforms and training tools is a plus
