Training Specialist - JO297

Responsibilities

• Automating training processes and building a training and development business model
• Raising the level of quality of training and development outputs
• Develop and implement training programs that meet the needs of the company's diverse client base.
• Collaborate with subject matter experts to create effective training material and curricula.
• Deliver training using a variety of methods, including classroom instruction, e-learning, and on-the-job training.
• Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make recommendations for improvement.
• Ensure that all training materials are up-to-date and of the highest quality.
• Manage multiple training projects simultaneously, from conception to completion.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in training.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Education, Training, or a related field.
• At least 3 years of experience as a training specialist or in a similar role.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Experience developing training material, curricula, and assessments.
• Knowledge of adult learning theories and instructional design principles.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Knowledge of the IT industry and emerging technologies.
