- Manage and develop the training request flow.
- Lead the Training team, serving as a role model and subject matter expert.
- Collaborate with Product and Project teams to keep training content up-to-date.
- Work closely with the Onboarding Manager, Academy Success Manager, and Academy Product Manager to ensure seamless onboarding and transparency.
- Provide comprehensive training sessions both online and onsite for Playtech operators and employees.
- Prepare and manage training agendas and materials.
- Collaborate with Playtech Commercial teams to identify training needs and gather feedback.
- Contribute to content creation and support Learning and Development projects.
- Identify upsell opportunities by aligning licensee needs with our product offerings.

- Have significant experience as a trainer.
- Have experience in people management.
- Exhibit excellent oral and written communication skills in English; additional languages are a plus.
- Are proactive, involved, and engaging.
- Have a good understanding of MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
- Are passionate about training and a great communicator.
- Are self-driven and a team player.
- Are a creative problem-solver with attention to detail.
