We motivate people to act, leading to results that foster local economic development, environmental stewardship, and social responsibility. By 2025, we aim to serve 100,000 LMI households annually, reduce their utility costs by $270 Million and Carbon emission by 1.5 million tons, create 2,000 sustainable jobs, and invest over $100 Million in local communities.

Position Overview:
The Training/L&D Manager will be the single focused resource responsible for all training programs within ICAST. Their primary responsibility will be to direct the development and implementation of a formal, comprehensive training plan for all ICAST Departments based on a training needs analysis or needs assessment by functional area. The Training/L&D Manager reviews, analyzes, and evaluates the overall training and development programs within the framework of the respective department's formal comprehensive training matrix, plan & budget with an eye towards consistent and on-going improvement. This role will also be responsible for the development and implementation of all external training programs related to grants and developing training plans & schedules for our contactors to meet grant or program requirements and goals.
