TRAINING COORDINATOR
Starlink, our revolutionary satellite constellation, will deliver low-latency broadband internet worldwide. As an early member of the Starlink Customer Support Team, you will ensure we meet our unique customer needs by developing and implementing our training program.
In this role, you will onboard new customer support associates, coordinate with the SpaceX recruiting and onboarding team, organize on the job training and host initial training courses. You will be a main point of contact for all new teammates, organizing their first two weeks of training and continuing to develop them throughout their careers. You will also work closely with the lead training coordinator as well as the technical trainer to align on training program goals. We are looking for someone detail-oriented, analytical, and excited to help our team build a strong operational foundation for our learning programs.

Pay range:
Training Coordinator/Level 1: $27.00/hour
Your actual level and base salary will be determined on a case-by-case basis and may vary based on the following considerations: job-related knowledge and skills, education, and experience.
