Your Role
As Training and Development Manager, you will:
- Design and implement training programs to enhance team skills and performance.
- Conduct hands-on coaching sessions, webinars, and CPD activities to support brokers.
- Oversee preparation for CII exams, ensuring high pass rates and professional growth.
- Collaborate with Business Development Managers from insurance providers to deliver product training.
- Monitor training effectiveness, adjust strategies, and report outcomes to senior management.
- Stay up-to-date with FCA regulations, ensuring all training aligns with compliance standards.
Requirements
What We’re Looking For
- Proven experience in training and development, preferably within the insurance or financial services sector.
- Strong leadership and coaching abilities to inspire and mentor teams.
- Excellent communication skills and proficiency with training tools and performance tracking systems.
- In-depth knowledge of FCA regulations, CPD requirements, and life insurance products.
