POSITION SUMMARY:
Provide training for employees on the proper technique for all positions within the department. Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor
SKILLS REQUIRED:
- Experience in poultry processing required
- Able to communicate effectively with employees
- Dependable, prompt and willing to work overtime when necessary
- Able to work independently
- Must be willing to work in a plant/industrial environment
- Bilingual Preferred
- Ability to foster an atmosphere of teamwork with others
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Professional communication and demeanor
EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS:
- High School Diploma or G.E.D. equivalent
