- Act as a Subject Matter Expert and provide feedback on existing content.
- Contribute to new content creation, while supporting the Learning and Development projects.
- Identify upsell opportunities by understanding licensee needs and aligning them with our offering for products and Managed Services.

- Have a minimum of 1 year of experience as a trainer, demonstrating your ability to effectively educate and engage learners.
- Possess excellent oral and written communication skills in English.
- Have a solid understanding of MS Office applications, including Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
- Are passionate about training, with a genuine enthusiasm for helping others learn and grow.
- Excel as a communicator, able to convey complex information in an accessible manner.
- Have excellent presentation and rhetorical abilities, effortlessly engaging and captivating your audience
- Are self-driven, taking initiative and working independently to achieve your goals.
- Thrive as a team player, collaborating effectively with colleagues to achieve shared objectives.
