We're seeking a motivated and results-oriented Team Lead to join the YouTube claiming team. As a Team Lead, you'll play a pivotal role in mentoring, developing, and leading a team that ensures the smooth and efficient execution of the YouTube claiming process.
Job Duties & Responsibilities
- Lead, mentor, and develop a team that supports the YouTube claiming management process
- Provide guidance, training and support to the team to ensure that the goals and objectives of the assigned projects are understood and achieved
- Responsible for creating comprehensive reports related to client projects and tasks
- Maintain project documentation to track the progress and to provide to the Senior Management whenever it is required
- Conduct regular reviews to minimize erroneous copyright claims and ensure the accuracy of the team
- Recommend and implement changes to improve operational efficiency while monitoring the effectiveness of process improvements in a timely manner
- Analyze performance data and reports to assess the performance of the team members and conduct regular performance reviews
- Identify trends, patterns and areas for improvement and make data-driven recommendations
- Maintain effective communication with internal teams and team superiors, address concerns, and resolve disputes
- Maintain records of quality assurance findings and strategic initiatives while preparing reports to be present to the management when necessary
- Resolve the issues and conflicts identified of the tasks and within the team to ensure that the project moves forward in a smooth manner
- Identify potential risks while encouraging creativity within the team as well as in the processes to successfully manage the project
- Suggest and organize team building activities while inspiring an open communication culture to promote harmony within the team
- Acknowledge exceptional performance and appreciate achievements to inspire the team
- Perform other ad-hoc tasks as assigned
Requirements
- Minimum of 6 months of experience in the YouTube claiming process
- Fully/Partially completed bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification related IT and/or Business Management
- Excellent communication skills in English language (Verbal / Written)
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Sound knowledge in Google Sheets/Docs and other Computer Fundamentals
- Ability to take challenges and handle pressure with a positive mind
- Detail-oriented and organized with the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities effectively
- Outstanding interpersonal skills to interact with diverse teams and stakeholders
- Ability to work independently and in a fast-paced dynamic environment with a commitment to meeting deadlines
- In-depth knowledge in the music industry, YouTube copyrights, copyright related laws and regulations are highly beneficial
- Flexible to work extended hours and in any shift as assigned
