Trainee Research Executive Internship

We are recruiting an ambitious intern to join MMR Research Worldwide for our Trainee Research Executive Internship. This opportunity will introduce you to the dynamic world of Sensory & Consumer Market Research. This position will begin in September/August 2024 and will be based in our Amsterdam office in the Netherlands.

Trainee Research Executive’s Interns get the opportunity to work across a number of well-known international brands helping across all stages of the project cycle working within a dynamic, fast paced team environment.

Responsibilities include:

• Getting involved in proposal discussions (client calls and internal discussions), assisting with drafting elements of proposal
• Researching secondary data to provide commercial and category context for proposals and reports
• Helping brief fieldwork agencies for face to face research
• Designing the questionnaire against the client objectives
• Analysing the data (quantitatively) to reveal the story
• Helping create insightful and engaging client reports

Requirements

• You are available for 5 to 6 months from August / September 2024 (for at least 32 hours a week)
• You must be enrolled as a Bachelor or Master Student (University of Applied Sciences (HBO)/University (WO))
• Current student with EU nationality or enrolled at a Dutch education institute
• Enthusiastic with a can-do attitude
• Naturally curious
• Proactive and forward thinking
• Builds relationships easily
• Excel in working in a team environment, and relish the challenges that brings
• Possess great communication skills (including fluent written/spoken English)
