About the role:
We are looking for motivated individuals who are eager to kickstart their career. As a trainee at WCS Group, you will have the opportunity to gain hands-on experience and training in various areas of our business.
Responsibilities:
- Assist with confined space works, including tank cleans and remedial tasks
- Support in completing inspections and maintenance tasks
- Learn installation works of pipework and valves
- Assist with servicing and maintenance of water treatment plant
- Work alongside our experienced team to establish and manage relationships with our valued clients
- Participate in training programs to develop your skills and knowledge

- No prior experience required - we are seeking enthusiastic individuals who are eager to learn
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong work ethic and willingness to contribute to a team
- Ability to adapt and learn new technologies and processes
- Valid driver's license is required for field based roles
