We are looking for a L1/2 Fresher to provide enterprise-level assistance to our customers in IT Operations Support, ITSM and Monitoring.
- Use logging and troubleshooting tools to identify performance bottlenecks and perform root-cause analysis.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues.
- Track Issues through to resolution, within agreed time limits, Properly escalate unresolved issues to respective Support Teams.
- Refer to internal database or external resources to provide accurate tech solutions.
- Knowledge about release automation (Jenkins, etc), administration, application configuration, and debugging experience.
Qualifications and Skills required
- Actively participate during release management and deployment.
- Ability to provide step-by-step technical help, both written and verbal.
- Ability to work in a 24*7 shift based environment.
- Language: Primarily English.
- Basic Knowledge of related Technologies:
- Angular JS
- Java, Terraform Scripts
- AWS, Kubernetes
