Job Descriptions:
1. The daily visit, call reception and transfer
2. Daily maintenance of office environment
3. Employee attendance management
4.Assist arrange and manage company vehicle.
5. Assist arrange all of company activities (Birthday party, Outing, Annual Dinner etc.).
6.Daily administrative affairs, such as booking business trips, hotels, ordering and distributing office supplies, printing business cards, maintaining office equipment, etc
7.To take up additional assignments/tasks as required to meet with the Company needs.
