What you’ll be doing…
You'll rotate through our Go.Compare Performance Marketing team: PPC Search, Display, and Affiliates, where you'll learn to evaluate, plan, and implement marketing campaigns.You'll focus on delivering cost-effective strategies to acquire and retain customers while supporting growth across digital platforms like Google and Microsoft.
This is a unique opportunity to join a close-knit team passionate about connecting people with their interests. You'll gain valuable exposure by collaborating with various departments across the business.

A strong eye for detail, an analytical mindset, and a passion for data. You'll naturally want to understand why campaigns perform a certain way and how they can be improved. You'll enjoy working with the numbers and learning about campaign performance, from audience reach to click-through rates.
An expert problem solver, you'll delve into the details to understand why things happen and apply a creative approach to resolving them.
A Passion for Digital Marketing is key. We want people joining us who have a genuine interest and passion for what we do. You don't need to have worked in marketing before, but you will need to have the right attitude, and aptitude, to learn all about the way we do things and how the world of Future works.

Commercial Awareness: While we don’t expect you to manage a P&L budget, we do want you to understand how your team's performance impacts the overall business. We’re passionate about recognizing and celebrating our successes, as well as learning from our failures.
