- Under the supervision of experienced mentors analyze business processes, identify opportunities for optimization, and create recommendations for improvement
- Assist in collecting and documenting business requirements from stakeholders.
- Support the creation of workflows, diagrams, and process models.
- Participate in internal and external audits of company system management
- Collaborate with teams to ensure quality standards are maintained
- Basic knowledge of business analysis or related fields.
- Strong analytical thinking and the ability to structure information.
- Familiarity with process modelling tools (e.g., BPMN, UML,).
- Ability to work with documents, including creating specifications, technical requirements, and reports.
- Understanding of IT product basics and the fundamental principles of software development.
Desirable Skills:
- English proficiency at B1 level or higher for working with documentation.
- Attention to detail, to ensure accuracy, clarity, and thoroughness in creating professional and organized documents.
