Role: Traffic & Resource Manager (Fixed Term Contract)

Here at Gousto we have an exciting oppurtunity for a Traffic & Resource Manager to join us on a 6 Month FTC. As our Traffic & Resource Manager, you’ll oversee the workflow of our creative projects, ensuring they’re delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standard. Reporting to the Senior Creative Operations Manager, you’ll play a pivotal role in bringing Gousto’s vision to life across campaigns, packaging, and digital assets.
Join Gousto’s vibrant Creative Team—home to our talented Copywriters, Designers, and in-house Photography Studio, expertly led by our Creative Ops team. From exciting brand partnerships and bold campaigns to Gousto’s iconic packaging, our team is behind it all.
Core Responsibilities
- Manage resource planning and traffic flow for the creative team, ensuring timely and efficient project briefs
- Serve as a Wok-flow (project management software) super user, tracking project status, monitoring progress, and identifying resource constraints
- Facilitate communication and collaboration between the Creative Team and stakeholders, ensuring project status, timelines, and updates are clear
- Proactively identify blockers, recommend workflow solutions, improve efficiencies, and collaborate with the Senior Creative Operations Manager on implementation
- Address issues or bottlenecks during the project lifecycle, ensuring timely resolution to keep projects on track
- Lead planning, review, and wrap-up meetings, driving a culture of continuous improvement
- Act as a brand guardian, upholding the integrity of Gousto’s brand and creative processes with internal and external stakeholders
- Bring positive energy and a structured perspective to the brand community and the Gousto team
Who You Are
- Experienced in Studio, Traffic, or Resource Management within an in-house or agency creative studio
- Skilled in interpreting creative briefs and managing expectations without compromising quality
- In-depth knowledge of the creative process, with the ability to meet tight deadlines and motivate teams across various skill sets
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with strong organisational abilities
- Confident in pushing back on tight deadlines and negotiating timelines as needed
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with a proactive approach to process improvement
- Naturally positive, with a talent for building great relationships across the business and creating a collaborative environment

- Experience managing budgets and freelance resources
- Up-to-date knowledge of print, packaging, and digital production techniques
- Experience working on national or international brands, particularly in the FMCG sector
