The purpose of the Traffic Manager is to ensure the timely production of first-class marketing content by managing workflows from Marketing teams through to Content, Creative and Digital teams, serving a growing and dynamic global business. This is a 6 month contract but has the possibility to go longer.
What You'll Do:
- Review: review submitted briefs, check for clarity and completeness and engage with Marketers to produce clear, effective briefs to ensure efficient activation by the Content, Creative and Digital teams.
- Prioritisation: maintain the master project tracker and prioritise tasks based on true urgency and business objectives.
- Coordination: coordinate the scheduling and assignment of tasks across the Content, Creative and Digital teams, balancing demand from Marketers against the teams’ capacity.
- Liaise with Marketers and the Content, Creative and Digital Teams to manage ongoing scheduling and delivery timelines.
- Support processes and mapping requirements for the switch to a digital asset manager.

Who You Are:
- Organisation: strong organisational skills with the ability to juggle multiple projects and tasks simultaneously.
- Communication: be an effective interface between Marketing teams and the Content, Creative and Digital teams, demonstrating mastery of the briefing process and understanding of all stakeholders’ requirements for the effective execution of their roles. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with an ability to keep all teams aligned and informed.
- Problem-Solving: strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to quickly resolve workflow issues and keep projects on track.
- Attention to detail: keen attention to detail to ensure project schedules, deliverables, and quality expectations are met.
- Technical proficiency: proficient in traffic management, project management software tools and use of digital asset managers.
