Trading Support Analyst

OVERVIEW:

As the Trading Support Analyst, you will be responsible for the day to day communications for the entire Support process from initial query to resolution for our B2B clients.

 

THE CHALLENGE:

  • To ensure that trading related customer queries are dealt with in a fast and efficient manner and to the highest possible standard.
  • Provide ongoing QA of the Support process to management.
  • Regular liaison with the Trading Services department to ensure best practice is achieved at all times –  report key issues and product extensions to drive improvement in the pre-match and MTS products.
  • Liaising with traders across our global offices to ensure client queries are answered in a timely manner – build an in-depth knowledge of different team’s responsibilities.
  • Escalation of internal/external technical issues and following this throughout it's life-cycle.
  • Supporting the Daily Risk and Odds Management of our Trading Products.
