The application process

The deadline for applications is 6 November. From Monday 11 November to Wednesday 13 November, we will schedule the math test at 10am or 5pm CEST. If you pass the math test please keep some time slots available on Monday 18 November and Tuesday morning 19 November for a motivational video interview with a recruiter. If we proceed after the recruiter video interview you will be invited for the technical interview rounds on the afternoon of the 19 and the day of the 20 November. The interviews are spread out throughout the two days and you will receive preparation documents in advance. The motivational, brain teaser and technical interview will take approximately 30 minutes each. If you successfully pass the technical interview you will be invited to our office for Superday on the 22 November. All transport and accommodation will be provided by us.

Step 1:

1. Submit CV (Deadline 6 November 2024)
2. Pass our math test (11 - 13 November 2024)
3. Participate in a motivational interview with a recruiter (18-19 November 2024)
4. Participate in an interactive technical interview with our traders to gear up for subsequent rounds (19-20 November 2024)

Successful completion of each of the stages in Step 1 earns you an invitation to Step 2.

Step 2:

1. Invitation to our office in Amsterdam for Superday (22 November 2024)
2. Participate in trading simulations and a case study
3. Receive an offer upon successful completion! 😊
