Are you looking to kickstart your career within the media space? We’re currently looking for a collaborative, enthusiastic individual to join us for a 3.5-month paid internship/ FTC at Clear Channel UK. We are ideally looking for a start date of February 3rd 2025

About the role

As a Trading Executive Intern, you’ll dive into all aspects of our business, gaining individual hands-on experience in OOH Media. Working alongside our agile and collaborative Trading team you’ll immediately immerse yourself in a variety of tasks, from developing detailed systems knowledge to building relationships with key stakeholders.

What you’ll be doing....

  • Build and maintain relationships with aligned Specialists,
  • Input data into Salesforce, ensuring accurate and efficient record-keeping.
  • Prepare and send documents using DocuSign.
  • Run availability checks and assist in scheduling tasks.
  • Build and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Support client requests and ensure their needs are met effectively.
  • Align client requirements with Clear Channel’s offerings, using data and insights.
  • Accurately record and manage bookings using internal systems.
  • Develop a strong understanding of Clear Channel’s product portfolio, pricing, and packaging.
