What you will do
- Generate and implement new trading strategies taking into consideration potential risks
- Manage trading positions and ensure essential information is captured accurately
- Deal with operational issues in liaison with mid-office
- Explore the international market to identify new opportunities and products
- Contribute, implement and evaluate new ideas to optimize trading process systems and trading-related software
- Actively share knowledge and experience with other traders and colleagues
What you need to succeed
- Minimum of 5 years of experience preferably in market making and algo/quant trading
- University Degree, preferably in Mathematics, Statistics, Econometrics, Engineering, Finance, Technology or related
- Professional experience in options, crypto assets or EM/Asia credit fixed income is a pro
- Innovative & creative personality
- Excellent mental arithmetic and analytical skills
- Keen interest in Quantitative systems and affinity for / experience with development languages (Python, JAVA, or similar)
