- Deploy the trade marketing campaigns, prepared by regional team, across various channels to drive product visibility, customer engagement and sales growth.
- Validate and adapt all marketing content translations, edits and proofreading of regional campaigns deployed in the designated region.
- Work closely with the digital team to ensure the regional websites and landing pages are updated with latest information: contacts details, dealer locator, e-catalogues and product e-brochures, campaigns.
- Developing and maintaining installer channel market grip through Somfy Expert program management (from validation of customer, threw contracts preparation, invoicing, showroom equipment, to promo animation)
- Conduct regular visits to key customers to monitor campaign execution, gather market feedback, and strengthen business relationships.
- Work closely with the sales team to align marketing activities with sales objectives, ensuring effective communication and execution of trade marketing strategies.
- Organization and execution of trade events, promotions, and in-store activations to boost brand awareness and increase sales.
- Analyze market trends, customer behavior, and competitor activities to provide insights for trade marketing initiatives.
- Oversee POS materials by finding cost savings, improving quality, and handling sourcing, purchasing, and forecasting, while following company policies and budgets.
- Prepare regular reports on campaign performance, customer feedback, and market trends to measure the effectiveness of trade marketing activities.
- Communication to customers using newsletters.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- Proven experience (3+ years) in trade marketing or Business related roles.
- Strong understanding of trade marketing strategies and sales processes.
- Fluent Polish and very good English.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
- Ability to travel for customer visits and event support.
- Salesforce experience would be an advantage.
