For Conti Trade part of Continental Italia Spa we are looking for a Best Drive Consultant
MAIN GOAL
The candidate will implement the content of the BestDrive franchising program by supporting the entrepreneur in the introduction of new services, tools and online and offline marketing activities.
He/she will promote the evolution of store offerings through the introduction of new products and services featured in the BestDrive program.
He/she will support Continental premium tire sales through the implementation of customer check-in and loyalty processes and sell-out marketing campaigns.
He/she will be responsible for online and offline promotion of the premium image associated with the Continental brand and the BestDrive brand.
He/she will be the reference for Continental's Sales Force and Area Managers in the proposition of BestDrive program content, therefore contributing to the development of BestDrive network numerics and Continental group sales.
Activities
Business Farming
He/she has in-depth knowledge of the contents offered within the BestDrive program and is responsible for their delivery at the franchisees. Also she/he has a deep understanding of his customers that enables him to produce a concept map detailing analytical data and the customer's business approach (e.g. openness to change,business approach and strategy, etc.)
He/she is able to detail and describe the client's needs which are useful in drafting the development plan.
He/she is able to offer advice on internal processes ( check-in, sell-out, warehouse loading/unloading, resource workloads) and financial analysis of the retail store.
He analyzes the store by examining all processes and activities managed: e.g., marketing activities, financial management, internal processes and organization.
Regarding sell-out activities, he deals with both online and offline marketing campaigns.
Business hunting & Closing
He/she will assist Continental's Sales Force in prospecting meetings by presenting the content of the Franchise program and supporting them in managing the arguments related to the program content and its delivery.
He/she will be able to effectively present and argue the content of the franchise program.
Through appropriate argumentation he is able to support the dissemination and enhancement of the franchise program among colleagues, customers and suppliers.
He/she will be an ambassador of the BestDrive program content by promoting Success Stories effective in increasing the Customer base.
Sales activities for complementary products & tires CoGr
He/she will be in charge for his area of responsibility for the presentation, sale and order collection of complementary products at franchisees.
Customer's relationship
He/she will develop strengthens and maintains effective customer relationships by conducting individual or joint visits with colleagues. Together with the entrepreneur, he/she will define point of sale's goals related to sell-out and Customer Base and identifies appropriate actions to achieve targets and tools necessary to monitor activities.
Market Analysis
He/she will report from the territory regarding the validity of BestDrive program content.
He/she will monitor the evolution of the market, sales and related product mixes, possibly proposing corrective actions suitable to achieve the corporate strategy shared with the Management."
Events & Fairs
He/she will participate in institutional and/or local network events and trade shows, professionally representing the company and its values.
He/she will be responsable for Customers in the following italian regions: Emilia Romagna, Toscana, Umbria & Marche
