The person employed in the Data Acquisition department will be responsible for the development of the DunTrade program, including, most importantly, the acquisition of new partners. Additionally, they will manage existing partners, support and motivate sales to acquire additional clients for the DunTrade program. They will handle administration related to bonus and compensation programs. They will present the program at events and industry meetings, both external and internal. Experience in sales and proficiency in English are essential when working in an international team. Additionally, advanced skills in Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Teams are required.
Key responsibilities:
- Actively search for and acquire new partners for the DunTrade program (Czech Rep and Slovakia), including both online and face-to-face meetings.
- Manage existing partners at a basic level.
- Support the sales department in client meetings related to the DunTrade program.
- Participate in meetings, events, and trade shows related to the industry.
- Attend internal meetings and present results and statistics. Educate other employees about the DunTrade program.
Your profile:
- Very good Knowledge of sales techniques. Ability to conduct presentations, hold conversations, create proposals, and overcome objections.
- Fluent Czech language, minimum Intermediate English.
- Good knowledge of the MS Office suite: Outlook, Teams, Excel, Word. A good knowledge of Power BI will be an additional asset.
- Knowledge in finance, economics, or GDPR regulations will be an additional asset.
