Tracking of company’s truck on transit, including real-time location updates, route monitoring, and estimated time of arrival (ETA) calculations.
Tracking of violations, such as traffic infractions, unauthorized stops, speeding, and any non-compliance with safety regulations or company policies.
Preparation of detailed and comprehensive Daily, Weekly, Monthly, Quarterly, and Annual Reports on the movements and status of the company’s trucks. This includes analyzing data on distance traveled, fuel consumption, maintenance schedules, and any incidents or delays encountered.
Monitoring of speed limits to ensure adherence to legal requirements and maintain safe driving practices.
Monitoring of Turn Around Time (TAT) downtime, which involves tracking the time it takes for trucks to load, deliver, and offload goods, identifying any inefficiencies or delays, and recommending improvements.
Ensuring strict compliance with company regulations by drivers, including adherence to safety protocols, proper documentation, and responsible behavior on the road.
Monitoring and managing trips on the company's SAP system, ensuring accurate recording of trip details, including departure times, arrival times, delivery confirmation, and any deviations from planned routes.
Managing the electronic call-up system, coordinating truck scheduling, optimizing resource allocation, and minimizing waiting times at loading and offloading points.
Calculation of trip distance using Google Maps or other mapping tools, factoring in the most efficient routes, detours, and any road closures or traffic congestion.
Requirements
B.Sc/HND in a related field
Minimum 2 years of experience
Strong organizing and time management skills
Knowledge of tracking management using SAP
Hands-on experience in tracking and monitoring trucks
