Total Rewards Leader

Full-Time

In this role, you will focus on one specific area within Total Rewards. (e.g. base compensation, position evaluation or Benefit, etc.). For your specific area, on behalf of total Inter IKEA group, you will be responsible to:

  • Develop frameworks, approaches and new ways of working.
  • Interact with internal/external partner in your area of responsibility.
  • Secure integration of the new frameworks, approaches and ways of working with other areas such as talent development/competence flow and succession building.
  • Secure change plans and training plans for new frameworks, approaches and new ways of working.

You will also be the main speaking partner for one of the core businesses, and be a good coach and support for this business when it comes to complex Total Rewards questions and dilemmas. Naturally you are showing the IKEA values in your daily work. 

To be successful in this role:

  • You have many years of experience working with the Total Rewards area
  • You have been leading the development of new approaches, ways of working etc. taking a full organisation’s needs in mind.
  • You have understanding of business operations in an international company and knowledge of how Total Rewards contributes to attract and retain co-workers.
  • Since this is a dynamic role including many different dimensions we expect you to have strong ability to build strong and trustful relationships as well as being clear on how you navigate, lead and create result in a complex stakeholder landscape.
  • We also expect you having strong leadership capabilities.
  • To lead and work in a remote set up comes natural for you and you communicate in a clear and simple way.
  • Last but not least, we also expect you to strongly be motivated and guided by our IKEA Culture & Values.
