About the role
We are looking for a talented and motivated individual with a background in transportation planning, outreach, or marketing to act in a consulting role as the Program Manager/Executive Director of the newly launched GoNoCo34 Transportation Management Organization (TMO), supporting our contract to promote sustainable transportation options in the region. This role is based in the North Front Range region of Northern Colorado, along the US34 Corridor between Estes Park and Kersey.
The GoNoCo34 TMO will launch in October 2024 as a 501c3 non-profit serving the US34 corridor and needs an enthusiastic, professional, and confident leader. The Steer team will provide training, strategic support, and professional development opportunities, as well as exposure to peer programs and international best practices. The Program Manager will be responsible for leading and delivering TMO activities, working with the Board of Directors to deliver relevant localized programming, and overseeing support from an intern.

Work Environment
All Steer employees in this part-time role are required to spend at least 50% of their time in office (can be flexible). The part time role will consist of between 20-24 hours/week.
Compensation
The salary range for all applicants are $80,000 to $106,000 USD. This salary reflects the full-time equivalent salary, and will be prorated against number of hours per week.
Do be advised that this is an estimated benchmark salary of good faith for the State of Colorado. All compensation, regardless of location, may be subject to change as skills, abilities, internal equity and geographic location are taken into account.

In addition to base salary, all employees will be eligible for an annual discretionary performance bonus. Please review the benefits section for more information on total reward.
